We have received results from all pooled saliva testing conducted Tuesday. Two commuter student pools were positive. Reflex testing is underway. Affected individuals have been informed. All other pools were negative. Mandatory pooled saliva testing continues on "Testing Tuesday" in the Rec Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for all students and employees. Norwich Campus testing is every Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Dear Mustangs, Thank you for your continued participation in our weekly COVID-19 pooled saliva testing. As we move forward with mandatory testing each week, SUNY Upstate Medical University has introduced an updated version of its web application used to register for testing. This new update should make registration easier and more reliable, while requiring very few changes to the current registration process.

Happy Spring 2021 semester! Thank you to everyone who participated in move-in testing this past weekend. The next scheduled pooled saliva testing is Tuesday, Feb. 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Recreation Center. Nearly everyone except for students who moved in this weekend must plan to participate. We have received results from all pooled saliva testing conducted on the Morrisville campus earlier this week. One student pool was positive, and reflex testing is underway. Affected individuals have been informed. All other pools were negative.
With recent weather alerts, there have been inquiries about today’s scheduled testing on the Morrisville campus. Testing will still take place as planned. However, employees and students unable to travel safely today should not come to campus just for testing. Employees can come to next week’s testing. Commuter students can participate in this Friday’s move-in testing.
REMINDER: Return to Campus Pre-Arrival Instructions As we approach the start of our Spring 2021 semester and the return to life on campus, there are several items that all students who will attend classes on campus, live on campus or plan to use campus facilities must complete before the semester begins on Monday, Feb. 8.
