The SUNY Morrisville Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program in restaurant management serves up the foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

Your main courses will include a sequence of food service and hotel operations classes, including hospitality management, sales and marketing; food purchasing and preparation; sanitation; and nutrition.

Our hands-on approach will have you also learning while doing, as your final semester capstone course will place you at Morrisville’s Copper Turret Restaurant, which serves as an outstanding laboratory to learn the full operations of a kitchen, front of the house and management.

When you graduate, you will be well-prepped for careers in restaurant and hotel operations.

Like many of our students, you may choose to continue your studies at Morrisville through our Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree program in resort & recreation service management.
